Two Days Later

You might look at this photo and think not a lot of progress has been made over the last two days, but when you're knitting from the top down that's really where the bulk of the work is at. The six hour Concert for Diana yesterday really helped move things along and I'm just at the end of the first ball of kidsilk haze. It's a simple, straightforward pattern, and like all lace, you just have to be mindful of where your k2togs and yos are landing. A militant use of stitch markers helps.

Militant? Doesn't that seem a bit... harsh for such a lovely lace scarf?

So pretty! I love that it works from the large end to the small!

Ah. Stitch markers. They're the ticket.

Looking good...can't wait to try it on...

So pretty! I like the way you've draped it atractively across a chair.
