My Home Depot trip to find blocking wire substitutes wasn't successful, so I ended up blocking it on the guest bed by threading a string of yarn along all four sides and stretching it with pins. That worked well enough, but if more lace making is in the future, I think blocking wires should be too. Then there is the 144 knots to be done on the fringe...I'm gettin there!

On the fringe
My Home Depot trip to find blocking wire substitutes wasn't successful, so I ended up blocking it on the guest bed by threading a string of yarn along all four sides and stretching it with pins.
