Feather and Fan Comfort Shawlette

The shawlette is done and it only took a week. This isn't the full version of the pattern, but it still measures 50 inches in wingspan and will rest nicely on my grandma's shoulders. After all the knitting she did for us as kids it's nice to be able to knit something for her.

Thanks to my baby sister for modelling!

ok, I definitely take back my reservations about the colours. That reddish-brown colour looks amazing, especially around the border. Your grandma will love it!

Well, I have to admit that some people can knit, some people can not. I fit in to the second description:) This is a beautiful shawl!

Wow. How pretty. What's the yarn?
And your alarm clock thing is not weird at all. I do the same.

Very pretty, the color combo is unusual, but it works. Where is the pattern from?
