Yesterday I ordered the Florence Scarf kit from Fiddlesticks Knitting and expect it to arrive in the mail in the next day or two. I selected the ruby red yarn because I thought that would be a hot, exciting, inspiring colour and would be fashionably suitable. I'll be knitting the triangle version. Now this is a lace scarf and I've never knit lace. It's marked as being for "advanced beginners" so I hope I'm qualified. Take a look at the picture above and remember it for later when we compare it to mine. That's how the scarf should look.
